Cancellation Policy

(Effective 2/1/2025)

To ensure effective service delivery and proper resource allocation, all cancellations of our content creation and social media management services must be submitted in writing. Please note the following terms:

  • Notice of Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your services, you must notify us in writing by the 10th of the month prior to the final month of service. This allows us to manage our scheduling and resource commitments more efficiently.
  • Procedure: All cancellation notices should be sent to our designated email ([email protected]) or via postal mail to the address provided in your service agreement (172 E. Main Street Suite 208 Spartanburg, SC 29306). Please include your company name, the service you are canceling, and the desired end date.
  • Effect of Late Notice: If cancellation notice is received after the 10th of the month, you will be responsible for the next month’s service fees, as we will have already allocated resources and commenced preparations based on the expected continuation of services.
